We are changing our business model, from take-away to sit-in with an open kitchen and contemporary feel. 'We weren't sure whether to sell or stay, as we loved our house but it wasn't working for us functionally. Katherine went in-depth, to understand how we used the space and how we actually live. We had a dining room that was too small, a large lounge that wasn't used and a kitchen with nowhere close by to sit down and eat! Everything was solved, changed the dining room into a snug with built in furniture, new cinema room to replace the un-used lounge, and beautifully designed kitchen that met all out needs and a hand-made dining table that we just loved. So, pleased and would highly recommend!'

'I had been recommended to Katherine, by a friend that had benefited from her staging service. I found her very professional. It was for one of my rental properties, that needed a facelift, after having long-term tenants in. I gave Katherine very tight timescales and she really turned it around with all new furnishings including 'L' shaped sofa, new beds, bedding, etc wall art and accessories that made it very inviting.
